With our headquarters at Warners Bay and two great locations at Belmont North and Morisset, we offer instruction in Chitokai Karate to all ages, Okinawan weaponry, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Cardio Combat, with programs tailored to suit the ages and skill levels of our members. Our instructors are also licensed trainers in the exciting new Cagefitness program.
Studio Principal Brian Hayes is a 6th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor in Chitokai Karate, a 5th Degree Black Belt in Matayoshi Kobudo (weapons)and one of Australia’s foremost master instructors in the renowned Rock and Water program.
